Today I wanted to share with you how I have been organizing all of Jayli’s paper keepsakes. So I’ve been doing this method for about a year now and I have to say I’m really happy with how easy it is to upkeep and maintain organization. I wanted to find a system to organize and save all her artwork (keepsakes) forever, safely. I didn’t want her papers getting crinkled or ruined with age. It’s already so fun to go back and see how much her handwriting and artwork has changed, I can’t image how great it’ll be to have when she’s a senior in high school!
You Will Need: Laminator / Laminating Sheets / Binder / 3 Ring Hole Punch
I’m using a 2″ binder and all that I do is laminate her papers, punch holes in them, and stick them in the binder. I keep them in a stack in my office and usually do my laminating all at once every month or so.
I also made these templates if you’d like to download them and use them. Just click on the links below > File > Save As
